If the connector is intact and the only problem is that the comp. I assume you need to go into your device-manager on your comp. I've tried different computers with the same result , Strange that it can not update via Bluetooh . Laptops repair looked at them and saw that something had brunit .
but the computer hanged himself and was turned off. ( but the cable works of course not ) Can you do it any other way? they should all be perfectly capable of soldering in a new USB-connector on your interface. Uninstall the driver completely, the install the latest device driver after that.? there is no USB socket there is anything on the PCB is broken . Because I did that the day before yesterday but it stopped halfway .
I had Autocom interface plugged into the car and then Bluetooh to your computer. You should be able to update without cable and just plug it into the car? and therefor most things that can be updated, is usually updated via. If the port itself on the interface is broken, you might have luck getting it soldered back onto the pcb instead at a tv-repair-shop or similar if you don't feel confident with a soldering iron yourself. If you got that done, you'd be able to update your interface.
( jack on my inteface is broken ) Today I tried again. Update via bluetooth is generally not a very good idea. Unfortunately , it's the interfaces that are broken where you insert the cable. Yes..usb-connector can be replaced fairly easily by any trained technician.. I have absolutely NO idea how you would go about updating via.
